Party in the Park!!

An annual event at Helena & Dan’s in Brighton. PLENTY of food, drinks, games, trampolining, jumping castles, rounders, rediculous obstacle courses, a band, and of course great company!! It was a sensational day!!!

Check out Mick's facial hair!!

Watching the crazy games in amusement

Some other crazy game that Dan invented. Get yourself really dizzy, then run over the jumping castle/obstacle course. Even little Indie gave it a go!

Fun in the sun: the very competitive game of rounders with Nth vs Sth. Think the Southerners won, but there was definately some cheating going on!!

Glen and THAT bike! Thanks to Glen for providing thrills with joy rides round the school fields...woohoooo

Mick giving juggling lessons to Al & Heidi

Holl & the kids on the jumping castle!

Enjoying a beer (or 2) with Al, Steve, Mick, Liv, Luna, Sam & Tim, Heidi and Glen

After a day of chasing surf all around Cornwall with Phoebe, we had a good old BBQ with Phoebe and her parents Sue & Paul

Think Mike finally believes Phoebe that there IS surf in England.

A summer's day on the beach

One of my favourite places - St. Ives, Cornwall. I rode early and made it in time for an afternoon on the beach on a lovely, hot summers day

A ride for Tash and a cab ride for Mick, and we make it to Newquay!!

Breakdown....Mick's bike packs it in near at St. Merryn, only a few days short of reaching Lands End. So, his UK trip ends here

Exploring the coastline...it's stunning!

Chef Mick making a yummy dinner

A sunset from the most picturesque campsite (near Bossiney) we've stayed so far

A grimace, as we arrive at the bottom of a valley, only to face a 30% climb back up...urgh!!!

Where the canal meets the sea

Mick made it all the way up, but it was too much for me!!

This has to be one of the best looking fish & chip shops I've ever seen. We couldn't resist...

A beautiful sunset and swim at Borth

Friendly faces from Warrington - The best personal trainer in the UK and his lovely assistant Jenny at Tywyn beach. Oh, and the lovely bike!

Crossing the Barmouth bridge. Was on old railway line, and is now a fab new bike path.

The stoney beach near Harlech

No, Mick hasn't been punched, he is suffering from really awful hayfever!! Tried to tell the farmers to stop cutting the grass, but they wont listen!

another view on our way down the Conwy valley

Cycling down the Conwy Valley, and thru a beautiful place called Betsw y cowen

Walking along the Conwy city walls - this place would have been pretty darn difficult to invade!

A huge inlet near Harlech

Conwy

Conwy Castle at the top of the lush, Conwy valley

Great Orme National Park - cars have to pay a toll to drive thru and we went for free...another bonus of travelling by bike!
