The fireworks were incredible, and seemed to go on and on and on and on!!!!

Yep, we are lovin Sylvester (NY's) in Innsbruck, and having friends from London, Germany and OZ here has made it just awesome!!!

We had an awesome white xmas, spent with great friends....Javi, Mick, Corro, Violeta and Tash

Violeta, Javi and Corro came over and cooked up a Spanish feast on Xmas day....

....including fresh prawns!! Yummy!!!

After lighting the xmas candles on the tree, there was more food, presents and plenty of dancing!!!

We celebrated xmas eve with Angelika and her family....and we were all completely spoilt!!!!

We were lucky enough to have the slopes to ourselves (I think everyone else was at home cooking and preparing for xmas!!)

All was going well until Violeta fell and twisted her knee. Luckily she will be fine, but no skiing for a few weeks :-(

The hut is isolated, and is simple but there is something relaxing about being back to basics!

After a long trek in, we finally reach the hut, and need to dig our way to the (outside) toilet!
